Customer Service Representative We’re looking for an intern to be transitioned to full time job within 3 to 6 months. We are an innovative incubator working on projects in the United Sates. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities : - Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times. - Responding promptly to customer inquiries. - Communicating with customers through various channels including live chat, email, social media. - Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. - Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer different customer questions. - Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. - Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. - Communicating and coordinating with colleagues when necessary. - Communicating and coordinating with product suppliers. - Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. - Ensure customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support. Customer Service Representative Requirements : - Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. - Comfortable using computers. - At least two years of experience in customer support and managing social media platforms. - Very responsive. - Strong English writing and verbal communication skills. Other languages are a plus. - Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques. - Superb time management skills. - Excellent organizational skills.
